Serenity and Blooms at the Golden Gate Park

Late Winter: San Francisco Botanical Garden

As seen on post: Staying on Track and True to Myself as I Welcome the New Year

“LIFE IS BLOOMING. Literally. This time around Winter, the magnificent magnolias in the San Francisco Botanical Garden are in full bloom along with other beautiful blossoms. Being surrounded with the city’s hectic vibe, John and I took the opportunity to visit this lovely and serene place. It’s just gorgeous; so inspiring.” -an excerpt from the post.

Highlight: Magnolia Trees, when in bloom, are so beautiful and my favorite time to go here is during the weekday when it’s quiet. Admission is free for San Francisco residents. More info at San Francisco Botanical Garden.

Late Winter: Queen Wilhelmina Tulip Garden

The tulips are in bloom late Winter to early Spring. We visited on a chilly yet lovely day to unwind and enjoy the sight of these seasonal beauties.

Late Summer: Rose Garden

I went here on a quiet Sunday afternoon after some “me time” at a nearby neighborhood cafe but it’s surely a lovely place to unwind and spend time with a friend/loved one too.

~ All three of these gardens are, really! ❤
